Dosa batter
large potatoes 2
large onion chopped 1
Fresh peas or(frozen)1/2
Mustard seeds 1/2tps
Turmeric 1/2tsps
Green chillies 4-5
Ginger 1 inch
Oil
Salt to taste

Masala filling
Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,peas,chopped onions and green chillies, ginger bits and curry leaves.Saute for about 5 mns on medium flame till the onions become transparent.Add the boiled potatoes and stir well for some more time and masala filling is ready.Take a tawa and pour the batter and make Dosa and fill in the masala on one sideof the Dosa and drizzle oil.Then fold it and serve hot wit coconut chutney.
