Rawa Dosa

Ingredients

Rawa                    1 cup
(Semolina)
Maida                   1/2 cup
Rice Flour             1 cup
Green Chillies       4-5
Ginger (Finely cut)  1 Inch
Pepper powder       1 Tsp
Jeera                       2 Tsp
Curry leaves
Coriander
Salt to taste

  • Mix all the ingredients in water adding salt .
  • The batter should be of watery consistency.
  • Take a flat tawa or griddle and set it to high flame.
  • Now, sprinkle the batter with the laddle or with the hand.
  •  Let it cook on one side of the pan until it becomes crispy and then flip it on the other side.
  • Now, the crispy Rawa Dosa is ready to serve.
  • Good to taste with coconut chutney / Coriander chutney or Mint chutney.-
