Rawa 1 cup
(Semolina)
Maida 1/2 cup
Rice Flour 1 cup
Green Chillies 4-5
Ginger (Finely cut) 1 Inch
Pepper powder 1 Tsp
Jeera 2 Tsp
Curry leaves
Coriander
Salt to taste
- Mix all the ingredients in water adding salt .
- The batter should be of watery consistency.
- Take a flat tawa or griddle and set it to high flame.
- Now, sprinkle the batter with the laddle or with the hand.
- Let it cook on one side of the pan until it becomes crispy and then flip it on the other side.
- Now, the crispy Rawa Dosa is ready to serve.
- Good to taste with coconut chutney / Coriander chutney or Mint chutney.-
