Ingredients
Vegetables(cauliflower,carrot,green beans.potatoes and peas) 2 cups
Red & green capsicums 1/2 each
Onion 1
Tomatoes or puree 4
Grated coconut 4 tbsps(optional)

Ginger garlic paste 3 tsps
(finely chopped ginger and garlic)
Garam masala 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsps
Salt to taste
Fried casews & raisins
Cream (potional)
Preparation
In 1 tsp of ghee fry the cashews and raisins and keep aside.Make a puree from tomatoes or buy ready made puree. Heat the Kadai and saute the chopped onions and cook it until golden brown and tender.Add the ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala and saute for 2-3 mins..Stir in the peas,green and red capsicums and cream into the pan.Add the boiled vegetables and cook on a slow flame.Ensure that the mixture does not stick to the bottom of the pan.Add milk or water and bring it to boil.Reduce the heat and cook until the gravy becomes thick.Add fried paneer cubes and cashews and raisins.Garnish with fresh coriander.Now the Vegetable Korma is ready.It tastes good with Poori or Chappati and with Dosa & Idly.
