Bhel Puri

Ingredients

Sev                            50 gms
Paapdi                       50 gms coarsely crushed
Puffed rice                100 gms (kadale pori)
Chilli powder            1 tsp
Chat masala              1 tsp
Small onion              1 finely chopped
Raw mango              1 finely chopped
Green chillies           2 deseeded and finely chopped
Coriander leaves      1/2 cup finely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Tamarind chutney
Mint chutney

Preparation

In a bowl mix all the indredients together well. Adjust the chilli powder acc to taste.Seve immediately in individual plates.
