Besan Ladoo

Ingredients
 
Besan flour       1cup
Sugar                 1/2 cup (powdered)
Cardamom         1/2 tsp  (powdered)
Ghee                   1/2 cup
Cashewnuts        25 gms
Raisins                25 gms
   
Preparation

Heat ghee in a heavy pan.Add the gram flour adding ghee and fry on a slow flame stirring continuousely till it turns golden brown.You will get a nice aroma while frying. Let it cool.Add powdered sugar,cardamom and mix well with the chopped cashewnuts and raisins..Shape them into Ladoos while it is hot enough. The Besan Ladoos are ready now.
