Ingredients
Moong dhal 300 gms
Chopped coriander 2 twig
Chopped green chillies 8
Cumin seeds 2 tsps
(jeera)
Onion large 1
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry
Preparation
Soak the Moong dhal for a couple of hours. Using a mixie grind it properly to form a paste.Blend it with the chopped onions,chillies and coriander and jeera.Add required amt of salt and deep fry in oil till
it turns golden yellow in color.Serve hot with green chutney.
