Gobi Manchurian

Ingredients

Cauliflower          1   cut into small florets
Maida                  6 tbsps
Corn flour            4 tbsps
Chilli powder      1 tsp
Salt to taste  
 
For the sauce

Oil                           11/2 tbsp
Onion medium        1 finely chopped
Green chillies          1 finely chopped
Ginger                     1" finely chopped
Corn flour               1 tbs
Chilli sauce             2 tsp acc to spiciness
Soy sauce                1 tbsp
Tomato sauce          1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Preparation

Mix maida,corn flour,chilli powder and salt in a bowl and add little water to make it a thick paste
(like bajji consistency). Wash cauliflower florets and mix with the paste.Mix it well so that the florets are coated  well with the paste.Deep fry the florets and keep aside.Heat oil in a pan add the chopped onions fry for some more time and add the chopped ginger,garlic and green chillies.Add salt and saute for a min and add the chilli sauce,tomato sauce and the soy sauce.Make a paste of the corn flour and add it to the mixture. Simmer the flame and when the sauce thickens add the deep fried cauliflower florets and toss it. Mix well so that the cauliflower florets are covered well with the sauce.Sprinkle the chopped spring onions and serve hot.
