Ingredients
Curry leaves 20 sprigs
Grated copra 1/2 cup
Channa dal 3 tbsp
Urad dal 3 tbsp
Red chillies 4
Tamarind 1 marble size
Jaggery (optional) 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Preparation
Wash and dry the curry leaves.Heat a thick bottom pan and roast the curry leaves till they are crisp.Remove and cool it.Drf fry the grated copra and fry the urad dal and the channa dal with oil SEPARATELY and keep them aside.In the same pan heat oil and add tamarind,hing and red chilli and fry for a min or two.Mix all th ingredients and grind it to nice powder and store in air tight containers.
Serve it hot with Rice and Ghee or Dosa and Idly.
