Ingredients
Urad dal 1 cup
Channa dal 1cup
Coriander seeds 1/2 cup
Cinnamon 25 gms
Cloves 5 gms
Grated copra or 1 cup
Dessicated coconut
Byadige chilli(for color) 50 gms
Spicy red chilli 25 gms
Methi seeds 2 tsps
Maratta moggu 10
Preparation
Roast all the ingredients with minimum oil except the grated copra which has to be dry fried.Grind them to a coarse powder with copra and salt.Store in air tight containers.
