Shenga Pudi

This chutney powder is prepared using Ground nuts in North Karnataka

Ingredients

Ground nuts         1 cup
Red chillies           6-7
(byadige chilli gives color)

Tamarind                1 marble size



Preparation

Dry roast the ground nuts and peel the outer skin.Cool it.Fry the tamarind and the red chillies with minimum oil.Now mix it with ground nuts and grind it to coarse powder. Store it in air tight container. Serve hot with Idly,Dosa and Jowari Roti.
