This is Traditional Chetty Nadu Sweet
Ingredients
Rawa 1 cup
Maida 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Cardamom 1 tsp
Oil for deep frying
Preparation
Mix rawa with sufficient water mix and keep for half an hour.Take care to add very little water so that it does not become watery.Add maida,sugar and cardamom powder to the rawa paste.Mix them well and add little water if needed.The batter should be like the vada batter.Heat oil in a kadai and take the batter in a round spoon to make small balls and drop one by one at a time into the oil and fry on medium flame.When they turn golden brown turn over and cook on the side.Now the Rawa Paniyaram is ready.
