Aloo Tikki

Ingredients

Potatoes                       500 gms boiled,peeled and mashed
Corn flour                    25 gms
Green peas                   1 cup boiled
Cumin powder             1/2 tsp
Juicce of 1/2 lemon
Red chilli powder        1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients well except the oil.Make into equal portions of the mix and make lemon sized balls.Flatten each ball between the palms into rounds.Heat oil in a fry pan and shallow fry over a medium flame until golden brown and crisp on both sides.Drain and pat dry on a kitchen towel.Serve hot.
