Ingredients
Potatoes 2 (boiled,peeled and mashed)
Green peas,beans,carrots,beetroot,cabbage 3 cups (boiled)
Onion large 1 chopped finely
Green chillies 4 finely chopped
Ginger/garlic paste 1 tsp
Amchoor powder 1/2 tsp 9or 1/2 lime)
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Cashewnuts chopped 2 tbsp
Maida thin paste 1 cup
Breadcrumbs 1 cup
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying
Preparation
Heat oil in a kadai add ginger/garlic paste and finely chopped green chillies and saute for about 2 mins.now add the chopped onions and fry again till it become soft.Add the boiled and drained vegetables and mix well.If there is any water fry till moisture is totally lost.Mix in the mashed potatoes.Combine all ingredients ina bowl and mix well.Divide into equal size portion and shape into flat or oval patties.Dip it in thin maida paste and roll them in breadcrumbs and shallow fry in the hot oil till they turn golden brown from both sides.Now the Cutlets are ready. Servve hot with tomato sauce.
